I'm avoiding doing my midterm for my modernism class. One thing led to another and after visiting every site known to man and still failing to forget that I have this crap due in (counts) two hours and a half, I've stopped by here. Frankly I'm surprised there's actually people still here! I mean, if you sit back and think about it, it's been somewhere around 6 years since we all started hanging around here. *waves to AsIs and Starky*... Starky! a boyfriend!??!!? lol it's funny... I have a boyfriend now too. I remember like it was today that one day trip around NYC. Funny, though, to consider so many here buddies when I've never set my eyes on them. Raelee and I still e-mail constantly, and I'm glad of the time I spent here. But unfortunately, it's all an afterthought now, no? No longer a LairBaby I be... but then again, I never had a high postcount to begin with.

I shall now stop with my ramble and most go tackle Joyce and Woolf. Is that college degree thing really worth it? and, where can I see more groping?

Yeah. Here'd be the place to get groped. Glad to see you're still alive & well. I saved one of your entries after the attacks, and've wondered about you since.

Much like everyone has said, things change and the board is part of that. There's nothing wrong with us being mellower and I think we should enjoy the board for what it is. We can do that and remember fondly the wacky, non-stop fun we used to have.

I like knowing that I come back here and the board is still here. That people still post. Some of the threads are serious and some are wacky, just like always. There are fewer threads, but that's ok, because it's easier for me to catch up.

So, I'm not around as much, but I do stop by, and I enjoy seeing familar faces that I've had so much fun with for over 5 years.

STP will always be special to me. You guys really were the first ones to read my book. If I'm lucky enough to ever get it published, know that you were a part of its success.

I was a-thinking back to the old board at the weekend when I read me the latest Strangers which I thought had its moments And I've also sent along a 'pffft' for not coming over and saying Huzzah herself.

This place be pretty special. for one tampon will never be an innocous word to me. Plus Mz. Is insisted I was girly and that came to a surprise to me. I've learned a lot here.
